As the world continues to move a lot of things have changed. We are no longer in need of things we once found necessary. We have come to learn that a large office is no longer needed. The past 3 years taught us that there are things that can be handled virtually or with a simple phone call. As times continue to change we realize that normal isn’t normal anymore.
We’ve serviced our community’s insurance needs from our location from 9-5 every week for the last 22 years. Technology has given us skills to be able to help our community from a far. With the whole world changing we implemented a lot of changes as well.
Of course not all changes are negative. Our technology has gotten better; our staff is more equipped with training on each specific company we work with. We also have come to know and understand the needs of our customers individually.
-We have learned that auto-pay is a fast an easy option to save you time and gas. The days of having to go to the post office to mail your payments or having to take a check down to a location are gone.
-We’ve equipped ourselves in learning how to train our customers one on one to use the app our companies have provided us with to provide ease to our customers after hours or during the weekends.
-If our office is not open on the holiday, weekends, or if it simply doesn’t fit in your schedule; making a payment is only a few clicks and taps away.
